Peter Newman

Peter Newman is the Managing Director of the Applied Innovation Centre and has worked with many organisations in the past, helping them to achieve their goals through innovation, creativity and team building. Peter has developed most of the innovation Intellectual Property which in our opinion is the most sophisticated and holistic approach to creating innovative processes and culture within an organization.

John Scotland

John Scotland has worked closely beside Peter in bringing innovation to organisations in Australia. John brings further dimensions to the services we offer, dealing primarily with innovation leadership, Strategic Planning, Management training, facilitation, mediation and team building.

Ian Edwards

Graduate of Surrey Police Academy, qualified Detective Inspector (UK)

Ian Edwards is a highly skilled accredited investigator, with a background as a detective in the Police (both in the UK and Australia). Prior to joining the Applied Innovation Centre Ian held the positions of Director Professional Standards at a large university and conducted sensitive high risk investigations for the Public Sector Commission and the Education Department. Since joining the Applied Innovation Centre as Principal Investigator Ian has successfully undertaken high level, high risk and complex investigations of matters including workplace misconduct, liability, insurance claims, Workers’ Compensation, financial discrepancies and bullying.

Keith Chilvers

MBus, Grad Dip Business (HRM), Dip Personnel Management, TAE Cert IV

With more than 30 years’ experience in human resources and industrial relations, Keith has worked at the highest levels of private and public sector management to deliver consulting and training solutions. These have included initiatives in organisational development and HR, and industrial relations assistance in managing organisational and individual performance. Keith is a registered Industrial Agent with the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
